In addition to experience and client service, the key to success in criminal defense is preparation. I prepare each case meticulously. I thoroughly review the police report, looking for possible errors in procedure, such as an illegal search and seizure. When the case warrants it, I will hire a private investigator to track down witnesses, sift through documents, and seek out the information needed to get the charges against you dismissed or reduced.
